Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. You can receive a shipping quote online by using our online cart system or by phone at 1-940-497-9265.

(Please note that international shipments may be subject to custom and duty charges upon delivery. These will vary based on local custom laws.)

 

Where can I purchase back issues of Success Magazine?

You can purchase back issues online http://www.success.com/store or by phone. You'll find these issues in the book section of our Success Store.

 

Where do I find the download I ordered?

You can access your downloads on your "My Account" page. Please note that these links will expire in one month so be sure to back up your material.

 

Will this MP3 work on my iTunes or iPod?

Yes, our MP3s are in a standard format which will be readable by your iTunes account and your iPod. Please contact Apple Support if it is not showing in your iTunes library.

 

Where can I seek permission to quote an article?

Please contact us directly at customersupport@jimrohn.com with your information. We will need to know your intended quote and where and how it will be published.

 

Do you have bulk pricing?

All bulk pricing is listed online or can be quoted by phone. If the quantity you are interested in is more than what we have listed online you can call for pricing at 1-800-929-0434 or email us directly at customersupport@jimrohn.com

 

Do you allow reseller accounts?

Yes, we do occasionally take resellers. Please contact us directly at customersupport@jimrohn.com for additional information.

 

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed up to 180 days after the order date. All manufacturer defects or damages due to packaging or transit must be returned within 60 days after the order date. When returning product(s), we ask that you include a copy of the original Invoice and note your reason for return. Please tell us if you are requesting a refund or an exchange for another product. Once we have received your items we will issue a refund (less shipping and handling charges) or ship the exchanged product. Please return your package to us at:

Shipping Methods

 

What shipping methods do I have to choose from?

If your order is being shipped inside the United States your options are:

    1. Postal Mail - for items less than 4lbs.
    2. FedEx Ground – for items greater than 4lbs.
    3. FedEx Two-Day delivery
    4. FedEx Overnight delivery

If your order is being shipped outside the United States your options are:

    1. FedEx International Mail
    2. FedEx International Economy
    3. FedEx International Priority

 

What is FedEx International Mail?

FedEx International Mail is a service that FedEx provides to ship internationally using the local postal service.

 

How does FedEx International Mail work?

A FedEx courier will pick up your order and take it to a FedEx mail sorting facility. The postal agency sorts, stamps and transports your mail directly to the appropriate foreign postal authorities. The foreign postal authorities deliver your mail.

 

Should I ship to my PO Box when using FedEx International Mail?

Yes, please use any address that can accept postal mail. If your destination cannot accept mail then you will need to use your PO Box address or select another FedEx shipping service.

 

How long does FedEx International Mail take for delivery?

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. With any postal service, weather and customs may delay your order further. Use FedEx International Mail to send materials that are less time sensitive than those you would ship using FedEx shipping services.

 

Will I receive tracking information if I ship with FedEx International Mail?

No, as your order will be shipped via the postal service there will not be any tracking information.

 

One Year Program

 

When will emails start?

You should receive your welcome email within 1-2 business days after you place your order. This welcome email will include your bonus downloads.

a.       In this email you will also receive information on what group you'll be in and when you will receive your first weekly lesson.

 

I'm not receiving my emails, what can I do?

Some spam filters can block emails. Please be sure to add kira@jimrohn.com to your safe senders list as the program will come from this email address.

 

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment information by phone at 1-800-929-0434 (1-940-497-9265 international)

 

How many payments are on the One Year program?

You have two options when signing up for the One Year program. You can make one payment of $179.00 or 12 payments. The first 3 payments are $9.97 while the remaining 9 payments are $17.97.

 

How do I cancel the One Year program?

You can cancel by phone 1-800-929-0434 (1-940-497-9265 international) or by email at customersupport@jimrohn.com.

 

Can you resend any missing lessons?

We can replace missing lessons for up to 180 days after the program ends. Please be sure to save all your material to enjoy in the future as the links will expire.

 

How do I update my email on the program?

Affiliate Program

 

How do I become an affiliate?

Visit our home page of http://www.jimrohn.com.  On the home page there is an affiliate program link. Visit the affiliate program link and follow the prompts.  Once your sign up is complete you are now an affiliate.

 

Where can I find my affiliate information?

You can find all affiliate information on your "My Account" page once you have logged in. We upgraded our Affiliate Program on June 19, 2009, if you were an affiliate with us before June 19th 2009 your lifetime tracking and sales will continue. Simply login with your email and password, if the system does not recognize your password just ask for a new password.  If system does not recognize your email, then create new account and notify customer service so we can combine your previous account with your new account.

 

Your new Affiliate ID and linking information will be on your "My Account" page.  Be sure to update all your previous links and banners with your new Affiliate ID.

 

Can I link an individual product?

Yes you can. Just copy your custom affiliate id link from the "My Account Page".  It will look something like this:  &refid=XXXX to the end of the link, where X    equals your affiliate ID.

 

Will we receive credit for referring your subscription programs like Success Magazine?

We are in the process of adding Success Magazine, Success Book Summaries, and Success Club to the Affiliate Program.  Come back and visit the site for the most current information.
